Evan Tan
Co-Founder, Accounts & Managing Director
As a valued member of our creative team at framethefolks, Masha has consistently demonstrated a unique blend of creativity, diligence, and initiative across multiple projects and campaigns.
Masha initially joined us as a freelance designer, and it quickly became evident that she brought far more to the table than expected. Her ability to meet and exceed expectations earned her the trust of our creative directors, who entrusted her with greater responsibilities. One standout project was her involvement with the Music & Drama Company’s 50th anniversary music video, where Masha not only led the visual conceptualisation and storyboard development, but also took initiative to assume the director role on set—a bold and commendable move that showcased her leadership and creative confidence.
Throughout our time working together, Masha has shown an exceptional ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced agency environment. From art direction and content strategy to campaign ideation, copywriting, and even client communications, she consistently approaches each challenge with thoughtfulness, reliability, and enthusiasm. Beyond her skillset, Masha is a joy to collaborate with—proactive, humble, and always open to feedback. Her creative instincts are sharp, but it’s her grounded work ethic, quiet confidence, and genuine curiosity that make her truly stand out.
We believe Masha embodies the values of creativity, integrity, and dedication, and we are confident she will thrive with your support.

Nigel Tan
Senior Student Development Officer (Arts), Advisor for Music Vox
Masha attended Temasek Polytechnic (TP) from 2020 to 2023, where she pursued a Diploma in Communication Design. She was a valued member and leader of Music Vox, a highly regarded Performing Arts Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) in TP and was the Head of Music Content in her second year, and Vice-President in her third year. Masha is a dedicated performer, singer-songwriter, and committed leader throughout her 3 years - being involved in performing, organising and coordinating more than 50 events in her journey at TP. She stands out as an independent individual who is responsible and manages challenges maturely. Masha is well-respected by staff and peers for her humility, adaptability, and performance ability. She is quick on the uptake, evident in the way she manages the numerous challenges encountered when performing and leading for large-scale events.
Masha always did her utmost for the CCA. Throughout her two tenures, she displayed remarkable tenacity and range in her abilities. As the Head of Music Content (managing publicity & training) she kicked off the year as the Co-Organiser of TP Music Vox’s new initiative “Unwind” and "Soundscape Sundays" where she planned with her team, the direction and schedule for the series on IGTV and YouTube. The two series has amassed close to 3900 views alone on YouTube. She was also the student facilitator and Coordinator for the Freshmen Showcase, where she was in charge of overseeing the freshmen bands and mentored them in their compositions of covers and original songs. She also planned and led the video production workshop . She was also vital in helping craft and write the original Music Vox National Day Song “Spread The Light”, arranging vocal parts as well as being a vocalist on the track. Masha also contributed and wrote, arranged and recorded two original songs “10 Steps” and “Last Words” for the Full length Album Full Bloom, which are still being performed today. She contributed her vocals to many of the other tracks in the album and helped with producing and recording them as well. She was also a vital performer for DREAMS XII and Temasek Spectacular where she performed more than 6 shows across the span of two weeks, showcasing her resilience and capability as a performer as she still managed to entertain the freshmen as well as the VIPs in attendance.
In her third year, Masha was chosen to lead Music Vox as their Vice-President, having displayed leadership strengths as a diligent, well-liked and resilient team player in her earlier years. She kicked off the year by organizing and performing for the Music Vox Induction Camp for newly inducted freshmen and also performing and coordinating Music Vox Afterhours. She was also the performer and coordinator for TP National Day Concert 2022 where she performed with Music Vox for the finale item. She was also the coordinator and speaker for Music Vox’s Backstage Pass with Music & Drama Company on Power98 Love Songs, where she was an interviewee promoting both Music Vox and their album release.
Working in countless collaborations with other CCAs for various performances and events such as Temasek Student Excellence Awards in all 3 years of her studies, Masha is an excellent team player that is ready to take charge, when the tough gets going such as for TP’s Regatta 2023 where she arranged and led vocal parts for both Music Vox and TP Chorale. Not only did Masha perform for school-wide events, but she was also the front for many external and mportant events, such as SPCA 75th Anniversary MOE Media Appreciation Dinner 2022, Walk For Rice 2022, Tampines West Family Fun Fiesta 2023, and notably as a Coordinator and Speaker for Music Vox’s Backstage Pass with Music & DramaCompany on Power98 Love Songs, where she was an interviewee promoting both Music Vox and their album release to National Radio, making history by being the first Polytechnic CCA to do as such with originally produced music. She was also involved in other opportunities such as Lasalle Rock and Indie Festival 2023 where she performed alongside Venus Landing, a Music Vox Alumni Band and was also the runner-up of TPSU’s Voices of TP Competition. I believe Masha has grown tremendously the past 3 years as not only a person but also a performer. She is open to criticism and works very hard on improving herself not just as a vocalist, but instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, and leader too. Her contribu tions and achievements enabled Music Vox to attain the coveted Arts Group Of The Year award in 2023. She was also personally awarded the CCA Dedication Award in 2021, the CCA Arts Merit and CCA Leadership Merit awards in 2022 & 2023, and the Artist Excellence Award in 2023. For these contributions, she was also awarded the Daisy Phay Foundation CCA Scholarship in 2023.

Rodney Hong
Head of Hearts On Fire, Chapel of Christ the Redeemer
Masha joined Chapel of Christ the Redeemer (CCR) as a Tributor from 29 Jan to 31 Jul 22024 in assisting the day to day operations, specifically towards the youth ministry (HOF) and St. Hilda's Secondary School Chaplaincy. She is a valued member in HOF and currently leads the Creative Arts Ministry of twenty youths to learn, produce, and execute static designs and videos for social media.
During her time in CCR as a Tributor, Masha had been proactive in seeking out assignments and tasks from her supervisors. One of the projects assigned to Masha was to curate a four-day youth programme called 'Praise & Fellowship Week' leading up to Good Friday. She was able to assemble a team of youths to create publicity posters, game designs, and logistics planning along the theme of 'The Greatest Expression'. She is an excellent team player and responsible in ad-hoc tasks given by other supervisors.
For further exposure, Masha also uses her musical talents in helping to improve the skills of the Chapel Band in terms of band dynamics and chemistry. She was also assigned to interract and care for latchkey primary school students through a school programme where she tutored the students and taught them creative craftwork as well.
Even after her term ended as a Tributor, Masha continues to volunteer in her youth group in various ways. She takes a great responsibility in the annual youth camp where she mentors younger youths in producing creative designs and logos. She was instrumental in coming up with the theme of the stage production, the video productions for publicity, and a post-camp highlight reel.
Masha is a multi-talented and responsible young woman whom I have the privilege to witness her growth in maturity and leadership. She takes stride in her work, being diligent and excellent in every task given to her. She learns to delegate and takes time to mentor and to guide younger people. She is patient and cheerful, making her well-liked amongst her peers and youths.
